After receiving a faulty item (leggings with a broken seem), I contacted Bo+Tee on Instagram. I was directed to Sarah and Lizzy, who replied almost instantly. Whilst the leggings were sold out, they offered me a full refund, which I was more than happy with. They were super responsive and considerate to my situation, and I could tell they really cared for their customers. Their handling of the matter with such care will see me continue to shop at Bo+Tee ????

I had put the wrong address,I thought it would be too late to change it as Said in the FAQ but when I emailed the customer service I was treated fantastic and The person that helped me,Nikki,was able to change the address.Really recommend buying from Bo+Tee!!!

I recently refunded a few items that didn’t suit me that I had bought, I wasn’t refunded the correct amount so emailed to let them know. The person dealing with me from customer services (Sophie) trusted me completely and refunded me the correct amount. Thanks :)

I recently purchased Drayas collection from Bo+Tee and was VERY pleased with the quality. I did however end up missing a few items from my purchase but Alexandra, Alix, and April all helped to make sure everything was squared away and that I received those items.
